We ship anywhere in the USA & it’s
territories*, We do not ship internationally.
We ship Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays
for West Coast shipments & Monday-Tuesday for the East Coast shipments. We use
UPS & FedEx for plants in bloom or bud & priority mail for small non-blooming
plants.
A physical street address and the
entire phone number are necessary for all shipments. If you want to ship to two
or more different addresses then you will need to place separate orders.
Hawaii orders are subject to a 4.167%
state tax.
Alaska: There is an additional shipping
charge of $10.00 per box for Alaska shipments.
*Arizona & US
Territories (Guam, American Samoa):
The Arizona
Dept. of Ag. & US territories requires a State of Hawai’i Dept. of Ag.
Phytosanitary Certificate for any plants being shipped from Hawai’i. Plants need
to be taken and sprayed in front of the inspectors in order to receive this
certificate. Because of this law, we require an order of $750.00 and a
$175.00 Phytosanitary certificate fee for Arizona & US Territories.

Guarantee
Our plants are guaranteed to arrive
in good condition when signed for on the first delivery attempt. They will need
to be opened and put in room temperature as soon as possible. Boxes will
NOT be left at any location even with a
release signature or with a signed note left at the door. Someone must be there
to bring them inside.
Return Policy
Due to Hawaii Department of Agriculture
restrictions no plants can be returned to Hawaii. Please call us within 48
hours if your shipment has any problems.
Credit Card Policy
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the
worlds largest funds transfer agencies to provide a secure online shopping
experience.
When you choose to use our online shopping cart system, your personal credit card information
will not be given to Orchid Alley Kaua'i.
